With over fifteen years of experience in the art world, Izzy found her passion at the age of seven when she won her first fine artist award for a realism painting. In the years following, her craft evolved from abstract, fluid art paintings to realistic graphite and charcoal drawings. Now at twenty five, Izzy's main focus and most well known work is based in hyperrealism; the art of creating a painting that is essentially indistinguishable from a given photograph. This process allows each piece to take on an exaggerated sense of reality, or as many of her clients claim, to "look more real than the original photograph."
Alongside hyperrealism, Izzy also prides herself on being able to take the ideas from a client, rather than a photograph, and turn them into a work of art. Each painting ranges in size and scope from a gallery wrapped canvas of any desired dimension to a full wall mural. Over the course of the past four years, Izzy has mastered the art of replicating complex photographs into one-of-a-kind paintings.
Using a combination of oil paint, acrylic paint, and airbrushing techniques, Izzy utilizes her profound attention to detail, her unmatched focus on correct color schemes not apparent to the naked eye, and her masterful creative approach to take each piece from ordinary to extraordinary.
